Migrated content & the 3rd Blackboard Banter
Members of staff should now find that they are enrolled, in Blackboard Learn, on appropriate content migrated from u-Link. This includes both academic modules (‘Courses’ in Blackboard Learn) and admin sections (‘Organisations’ in Blackboard, appearing in the right-hand box once logged in).
If anyone finds that they’re not, please shout: ltt@brunel.ac.uk
Note that if the module exists in SITS for next year, you should also be enrolled on the 12-13 instance. Control of what content you migrate from 11-12 to 12-13 is left with you – the power is in your hands! (Prize for anyone who remembers the 90s well enough to name that slogan…)
A key difference between Learn and u-Link is that in u-Link, you pulled content to a new year from an old one. In Learn, you push content from an old year to a new one. This video shows you the simple steps needed to prepare for next year.
